Theresa Park and Celeste Fine are thrilled to announce the formation of a full-service literary agency, which combines the existing client list, resources and staff of Park Literary & Media with Fine’s notable roster of clients and agents.  The new entity, named PARK & FINE LITERARY AND MEDIA (“PFLM”), is behind more than a dozen #1 New York Times bestsellers and numerous blockbuster films, and has offices at 55 Broadway in New York City.  As co-founders and partners, Park and Fine will jointly run PFLM, overseeing its day-to-day operations as well as its strategic growth plans.

PFLM uniquely marries a select list of bestselling adult and young adult fiction and nonfiction authors with fulltime sales, marketing, publicity, business affairs and international rights professionals.  The agency also boasts deep expertise and relationships in the worlds of film and television, including hands-on experience leveraging entertainment platforms to amplify book sales and literary brands.

In the fiction category, PFLM represents some of publishing’s biggest franchise authors, including Nicholas Sparks, Debbie Macomber, Emily Giffin, Taylor Jenkins Reid, Cecelia Ahern, Janice Y.K. THERESA PARK began her career as an attorney at Cooley Godward in Silicon Valley.  She subsequently became a literary agent at Sanford J. Greenburger Associates, where she worked for 11 years.  In 2005, she founded Park Literary & Media, a boutique literary agency with a strong emphasis on popular fiction.  She is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Cruz and Harvard Law School.

CELESTE FINE has been agenting for 15 years, with a focus on platform-driven nonfiction.  She graduated, magna cum laude, from Harvard University and most recently was Vice President at Sterling Lord Literistic, where she worked for seven years.
