Sam Jones

Sam is in his seventh year of eating plants and although he used to love the taste, cooking techniques and textures of meats he believed he needed to change for the good of the planet, his health and the animals. By doing this he wanted to replicate the flavors, textures and cooking techniques by applying what he remembers to plants and convincing meat & dairy eaters that you don’t need to miss out even when eating plants.
