Robert Whitaker

A longtime and acclaimed novelist, journalist and author, Robert has written several works of groundbreaking historical and contemporary works. ON THE LAPS OF GODS, received the 2007 J. Anthony Lukas Work-in-Progress Award. He has also won the George Polk Award for Medical Writing and a National Association of Science Writer’s Award for best magazine article. Additionally, he was a finalist for the 1998 Pulitzer Prize for Public Service.

He now lives and writes in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
