Mandy Antoniacci

A sought-after inspirational voice, Mandy is a writer, entrepreneur, and prolific influencer. The breadth of her work in the mind+body wellness space and her unwavering optimism have earned her global attention and positioned her alongside elite leaders and sports figures around the world.

Inspired by her personal journey and her philosophy of “looking up”, she became the Founder and CEO (Chief Endorphins Officer) of upps™, a wellness company specializing in products and services that inspire mental wellness and positivity, (with an app that’s currently in beta), founded with one simple goal in mind-—become the pick me up to the world.

Mandy developed a passion for creating and moving people through storytelling at two of the largest advertising agencies in the world—Omnicom and Publicis, where she grew to become one of the youngest executives in the industry.   Mandy developed Cannes-award winning campaigns and was hand-selected to attend the graduate program at Harvard Business School and Babson College, where she was dubbed a “future global leader and visionary.”

In January 2020, Mandy announced her new role as an International Spokesperson and Global Ambassador for KIND, including a seat on the KIND Collective Board to assist the company in their overall mission to make the world a kinder place.  She is a face in their new campaign, “be KIND to yourself.”

In May, 2020, Mandy launched a project called The Daily Uplift, writing personalized notes for strangers to help uplift mindsets and spirits during the corona-virus pandemic and to help address its global mental health toll. She invites people to share their stories on thedailyuplift.com. Every day, she randomly selects one story and in response, authors a reflection paired with a personalized note of encouragement.

Together with this project, her forthcoming books, and her company, upps™,  Mandy pledged a goal to lift up one million people around the world in her lifetime.

Her debut book, Up: How Changing Your View Can Change Your Life, releases in 2021, published by BenBella Books and Amazon’s Audible. It is a book on positivity inspired by Mandy’s personal story and recovery, where she lost her ability to look down ever again.

For all of this, Mandy has received global recognition—Inc. magazine tapped her to be a columnist, HuffPost named her one of the “Great Twitter Accounts to Follow” in her field, Ariana Huffington’s Thrive Global listed her as one of the “Top Limit-Breaking Female Founders,” and BuzzFeed called her, “The Girl Who Lifts Us Up!”

Mandy appears weekly in major media outlets—such as Forbes, HuffPost, Business Insider, Sports Illustrated, ESPN Radio, WGN, Yahoo Finance, CBS Radio, and NPR—and her work is used in the curriculums at academic institutions, inspiring students worldwide. Her recently released TED Talk, “Looking Up: In An Epidemic Of Looking Down,” dubbed her “a voice of social change for this generation,” and has already transformed human interaction in high school and college classrooms, as well as corporations around the world.
