Julie Matthews is an internationally recognized Certified Nutrition Consultant specializing in autism spectrum disorder with 20 years of clinical experience. Her expertise has led to a robust career as an educator, researcher, author, and founder of Nourishing Hope, a resource that provides scientifically based nutrition strategies to heal the symptoms associated with autism, ADHD, ADD and other developmental delays. In 2014, Julie launched the BioIndividual Nutrition Institute, which provides advanced nutrition training in biochemistry, therapeutic diets, and personalized nutrition for health professionals to better serve their clients.
