Jennifer Koslo, PhD, RDN, LDN, CPT is a registered dietitian, licensed dietitian, and a certified personal trainer and has been a practicing dietitian for over 19 years. Jennifer holds a dual master of science degree in human nutrition/exercise science, and a doctorate of philosophy in education. She is the author of ten healthy eating cookbooks with her latest book, DASH for Weight Loss, set for publication this fall. Jennifer is passionate about empowering people to lead active healthy lifestyles by teaching them the personalized skills they need to fuel themselves with whole foods while maintaining a healthy life balance.
